Marco Fornasier. I was born in Merano in 1979 and studied at ISIA, Urbino and IAUV, Venice. I like to move very often. I work as brand designer freelance in graphic design studioes and agencies such Jekyll&Hyde, Nofrontiere, RovaiWeber, FutureBrand, Madeindreams or StudioDumbar. I use to explore brand design, exhibition design for cultural events and typographic design. Love the old school ;)
Ü is the depot of my life in graphic design, communication, type, visual research.

Nasco a Merano (Bz) nel ’79, studio all’Isia ad Urbino e allo Iuav a Venezia.
Mi sposto spesso. In questi anni lavoro da brand designer per agenzie e studi di comunicazione istituzionale e digitale, da Nofrontiere ad Iconmedialab, da RovaiWeber a FutureBrand, dallo StudioDumbar a Dolcini Associati, da Jekyll&Hyde a Madeindreams, da Milano a Rotterdam, a Vienna, a Firenze; dalla sperimentazione nel branding, all’exhibition design in ambito culturale fino al typographic ed editorial design quello sulla carta, come una volta. Insomma, lavoro.
Inoltre, amo curare l’ambito della ricerca e della cultura del progetto, per cui ho mantenuto con piacere i contatti con il mondo accademico ed infatti sono stato assistente allo Iuav di San Marino dal 2010 al 2017 e sono stato invitato a tenere uno dei workshop estivi nel 2011.
Dal 2015 al 2020 ho insegnato allo IED di Venezia, dal 2020 tengo il Laboratorio di Comunicazione visiva allo IUAV di Venezia, di cui ho tenuto uno dei workshop estivi nel 2018.
